4. Invalid Commissions

No commissions will be paid for:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Returned products
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Self-purchases using affiliate links

5. Payment Terms

  • Affiliate payouts may be processed monthly.
  • Minimum payout threshold may apply.
  • Payments will be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.

6. Termination

PR Trendz reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Policy violations
  • Brand misuse
  • Spam promotions

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by PR Trendz only for promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

PR Trendz shall not be responsible for:

  • Technical issues
  • Tracking failures
  • Loss of commissions due to invalid traffic
  • Indirect damages

9. Modification of Terms

PR Trendz may update Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.
